I had a very positive experience working with Mr. Clifton James during my home search. It is my opinion that he adhered to all the standards required of a realtor whose objective was to accomplish my goal of moving. He determined that it would first be necessary to sell the home in which I was residing and use the proceeds to purchase another. He then prepared, presented, and obtained responses and signatures on all paperwork necessary for this process. He explained and answered all my questions while making certain that all time constraints were met. When looking at prospective homes, Mr. James was punctual for all appointments, knowledgeable about each showing, respectful of my opinions, accommodating of my time and accessible with regard to answering my follow-up calls and emails. Clif was a an excellent realtor. He helped us purchase our first single family home and provided us with attention and support. He visited several homes more than once with us as we narrowed our selection down. Additionally, he provided much needed support after we signed our contract and realized we were working with a seller that did not want to honor some of the terms we agreed upon following our home inspection. Clif really does go above and beyond to provide customer service and has a firm grasp of the market trends. We will continue to be in touch with Clif.
